  • Accounts Payable Management Add-On - Starting at $175/month*

PAYROLL SERVICES - NO NEW CLIENTS UNLESS ADDING OTHER SERVICES

  • Available only as an add-on service for bookkeeping and tax clients with the exception of existing clients.

  • Standard Payroll with 4 or less checks - $60/payroll

  • Standard Payroll Processing - Starting at $60/payroll plus $3.25/check*

  • Direct Deposit - Additional fees, inquire for more details

  • Single Member S-Corp Payroll - $125/quarter 

  • W-2s - $25 to file with the SSA plus per form fees for physical copies.

  • Any applicable forms, postage, and delivery charges are added to the base fees.

  • Other Payroll Services - Please contact us.

 

Our payroll services include timely made payroll tax deposits to all relevant taxing authorities, quarterly 941 and SUTA filings, and form 940. 

OTHER MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES

  • New Client Meetings - 1 hour complimentary

  • 1099 Filing - $25 base fee for up to 5, $75 base fee for 6 to 50, $150 base for over 50*

    • There is an additional fee per form and for postage.​

  • Initial QuickBooks File (Online or Desktop) Setup - One-time fee of $150*

  • QuickBooks File Review and Clean-Up - Starts at $350/request*

  • State Payroll Account Setup - $150/state*

  • State Sales Tax Account Setup - $75/state*
